Evenvoice ("we," "us") operates the website evenvoice.chat and the Evenvoice AI conversation service (together, the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We designed the Service around one principle: your conversations are yours.
What We Collect
- Conversation content. The messages you type into the chat. By the nature of the Service, this may include sensitive personal information about your relationships and emotional state. You choose what to share; we never require real names or identifying details about you or anyone you mention.
- Technical data. Basic log information such as browser type, device type, approximate region, and pages visited, collected for security and to keep the Service working.
- Contact information. Only if you email us directly.
We do not ask for, and you should not enter, government IDs, financial information, or passwords.
How We Use It
- To provide the Service: your messages are processed by a third-party AI model provider [AI PROVIDER NAME] in order to generate responses. The provider processes this data under its own data processing terms and does not use it to train its models.

Retention

Cookies
The Service uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Age
The Service is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact us and we will delete the data.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Not a Healthcare Service
Evenvoice is not a medical or mental-health provider, and your conversations are not medical records or therapy records. They are not protected by HIPAA or by therapist–client privilege.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
